1. Our Services

Crown provides junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services — including garage cleanouts, furniture removal, estate cleanouts, appliance pickup, and construction debris removal — to customers throughout Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples, and the greater Southwest Florida area. Service availability may vary by location.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided through our Site, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information and photos you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site and may vary based on actual volume, weight, access, labor required, disposal fees, and other job-specific factors. We will communicate any change in price before completing the job whenever reasonably possible.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointment times are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather, or job volume on a given day. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays. You may reschedule or cancel an appointment by contacting us using the information below; excessive last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future scheduling availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By requesting or scheduling a Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information, job details, and photos.
• Ensure reasonable access to the items or area being serviced.
• Disclose any hazardous, regulated, or prohibited materials in advance (see Section 5).
• Be present or authorize someone on your behalf during the scheduled service window, where required.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to asbestos, chemicals, paint, pesticides, medical waste, or explosive materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to decline removal of any item that poses a safety, health, or legal risk.

6. Photos & Content You Submit

By uploading photos through our quote form, you confirm you have the right to share them and grant Crown permission to use them solely to prepare your quote and complete your Service. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle this information.

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the Service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking or on-site.

8. Licensing & Insurance

Crown Junk Removal & Hauling is licensed and insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crown is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Services. We take reasonable care while performing Services, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, or for items left unattended outside a designated pickup area unless caused by our negligence.
